Fear is a product of doubt. I have neither with PCTL. The DD is out there for all to see, now it's just up to anyone on the fence to decide what they would rather believe.

Is it a pump and dump scam? The Morgan Stanley Hospital group doesn't seem to think so since they bought actual products from the company. If it is, someone should probably notify ACE's Janitorial Services division that they are currently selling items that are not real. It will probably come as a shock to them.

Is it a dilution machine? Although there are a number of notes outstanding right now, that doesn't seem to be the case. In the OTC, this sort of toxic financing is unfortunately the only way to keep the lights on in the time between making enough sales to breakeven or some kind of financing deal is achieved. Currently the O/S is close to max and so far there has been no formal notice of an increase to the A/S by the company. It's hard to call this a dilution machine when there is currently no dilution.

Is it a company that has been through some rough times but is now on the verge of making a comeback with extreme prejudice? That's the hope anyway. The Annihilyzer has viability in industries beyond just healthcare, although that seems to be the company's primary target right now. The growth potential is certainly there, and the more units that get sold to big name customers, the easier subsequent sales will become as the product's legitimacy becomes firmly established.

With that said, this is not a one or two week swing play. It wouldn't be so cheap right now if it was already on the verge of blowing up. Expect a longer wait with growth coming in the form of a slow climb up rather than a massive spike. That won't occur until the company drops a fat PR about profitability or a confirmed financing deal, but by then it may already be too late to get the bottom-floor prices.

At the end of the day, it's your call. Nobody can fault you for wanting to see returns sooner than what PCTL may be able to provide, and that may very well be the optimal path to take to maximize your gains overall. By making more money in other plays you will be able to afford more PCTL shares once the ball really gets rolling. Alternatively, getting in now and just waiting out the short term doldrums will prevent you from getting caught off guard and missing the chance to make it big once this does take off. Whatever you decide, just do so with complete conviction. If you only go in halfway, you will complain whether you win or lose.

Good luck, and remember: don't play with money you weren't already planning on burning or burying.
