xracer1957, sorry to say but thats not going to happen, they are going to have a vote to do a R/S, 99.9% of the time there is a vote by shareholders they do the R/S. the voters hold a different class of stock that dosen't get reversed, so 99.9% of the time a R/S occures the shareholders of common stock get screwed, buy more if you like but frankly I am OUT may buy back post R/S, but depends on the PPS crash after.
