GM Buddy....got all the way down to 228's and now past 6 weeks been stuck 229/233 area, grrrrrrr......I kind of been cheating more than I was.....need to get serious again and get whittling the weight down to that 215 goal.....annoyed at myself, have lost a lil discipline....BUT do know I will not gain the weight back, VERY conscience of that aspect.....been eating to much candy lately, no excuse.......
