I am not sure if the prospectus applies. It says winding up --- old Lehman is being wound up, so logically they should compensate us as per the old prospectus either in cash or as a compensatory stock in the new company.

I am not a lawyer, but Dnoto also feels the same way and he is much more experienced than I.

The now defunct Yahoo board had a lot of interesting justification for LEHJQ which is why I invested most of my money there.

only time will tell, but I do hope Joe Stocks is forced to sell his kidneys to cover his Lehman short.
