I was young and foolish and immature. I wish I had your wisdom Jersey. I also invested in HLSH at 30c in 2003, but like an ass sold it at $4 in 2006.

What is worse I gambled away $500000 of my gains trading LNG options since I thought it was doomed to fail.

I just wish I had the wisdom I have now and kept my HLSH investment like you did for 20 years. It would have been worth more than 6 million.

anyway expensive but a lesson I learnt for life.

I am hoping my LEHJQs compensate for my HLSH loss. I will earn more than 6 million if they stick to the law in LEHJQS according to the prospectus.

https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/806085/000104746908000953/a2182499z424b2.htm refer to S-7 -- that means LEHJQ is the jackpot according to Law. Does this also apply to all other preferred and CTs also

Thank god I invested in LEHJQ -- all due to yahoo(now defunct) and Ihub msg boards way back in the last decade when I was looking for which Lehman to invest in.

Liquidation. Upon our voluntary or involuntary liquidation, dissolution or winding-up, holders of the Preferred Stock are entitled to receive out of our assets that are available for distribution to stockholders, before any distribution is made to holders of common stock or other junior stock, a liquidation distribution in the amount of $2,500.00 per share of Preferred Stock (equivalent to $25.00 per depositary share), plus any declared and unpaid dividends, including, if applicable, a pro rata portion of any declared and unpaid dividends for the then-current dividend period to the date of liquidation, without regard for any undeclared dividends. Distributions will be made pro rata as to the Preferred Stock and any other parity stock and only to the extent of our assets, if any, that are available after satisfaction of all liabilities to our creditors.

And this time I wont invest even a penny in options.
