I noticed some errors on grammar - “starting” should read “stating” and Boston “Red” should read “Red Sox” I have fixed these paragraphs below:

“10/10/19 an 8K was announced stating an Acquisition will be completed in the next 7-10 days with a $3M Private Placement Investment, tied to an incentive to hit $100M Market Cap. $TXHD Current Market Cap Valuation is $2M.”

“What is very Interesting is The Lead Advisor and Investor for $TXHD is Thomas DiBenedetto (Billionaire Partner of the Boston Red Sox and Fenway Sports Group). He sold his last Tech company investment to Microsoft last year.”
