Not sure when they award quotas NASDAQ, however, during the last CC NH had said that Lannett is ready to go.
In fact Elite more than likely already has its quota being that they expected to launch in May or June, but then the FDA delay due to the government shutdown the FDA said did not impact any timing on approvals.
Guess someone was not truthful, huh?

I think they may already have the their quota from the DEA and maybe it will be grandfathered into 2020 due to the government shutdown. So there may be an additional quota granted Elite in 2020.

May or may not play out that way.....
