Up lists are always desirable but that is something that doesn't happen overnight. Up list requirements include hiring certified accountants, completing audits, filing 8-K's and other stringent requirements. This cannot be accomplished by the end of 2019, but can be accomplished sometime in 2020. Moving up from the stinky pinkies to the OTC doesn't help much unless the company makes good on it's earning, revenues, and assets.

I know AXXA got the right stuff to do it. I am long here through 20120 and beyond.
