We know mmtc insiders declined all stock options. We know mmtc quit SEC reporting and gagged the transfer agent and now listed pink and in limit process to be listed as "grey". We know mmtc terminated all common stock to clean the paper shell. We know mmtc surrendered its office lease in 2015 and subsequently lost the lease in 2017. We know mmtc failed three consecutive AOAC cert testings. We know the USDA denounced mmtc technology and has never improved that opinion. We know mmtc surrendered its biz license and corporate charter. AND now California and Nevada are in process of removing them from state logs. Donna at Prudential says that is usually a five year process - mmtc surrendered in 2015.

mmtc is pure shit for sure.
