Just like QD displays will be the future.... but none of that means QMC will have any part of that future.

Right now it is just a bait and switch because India did not pay, will probably never pay and they have stolen the tech. QMC will never see any more money from India and they know it.
Even if the Assam Tech City becomes fully operational. QMC is out. That is why the switch of focus to blockchain. Below .02 after the tax loss selling at the end of the year. Mark this post for later so someone can make me eat my words if I am wrong.
