Are the divy shares "free trading" or restricted? And is today the last day to buy IBCX to be eligible for the dividend? If so you would think there would be a rush to buy today but I don't see any evidence of that ...matter of fact just the opposite ...It seems from watching level2 that the mm's on this one are out of shares and/or pushing it down as much as possible to get the biggest gains when it moves... any opinions...
