You are incorrect as to the number of shareholders that you quote PRED as having (265). Obviously, as younperformed your due diligence(which I presume you attempted to do), you overlooked the fact that brokerage houses such as TD Ameritrade, Etrade, Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, Fidelity, Charles Schwann, etc. count only as one shareholder. Each of those forms could have hundreds of customer accounts that contain some shares of PRED within their portfolios. I think that might SLIGHTLY increase the 265 number you reference.
