Technicals? They have been wrong for almost 2 years so it is no surprise that they are not predictive now. The concept that someone can look at a list of trades and predict the future isn't going to work with a company that does not have a predictive future, because where ETI goes is 100% based on achieving a scientific breakthrough that only the scientists know will work at this point.
