Why would the company put out news now or before RS? The RS gets the stock solves one Nasdaq req. The S1 solves the other. SP won't change outside of a $10 million pharma order or something else with a big dollar number.

IR is playing the PR strategy right. It would be spitting into the wind. Save it for when the wind has died down.
