It's impossible to call the bottom so accumulate when you think it's close. As Scotttrader80 pointed out, it looks like someone was doing that last Friday. If you're lucky you can start buying just before the diluters are finished because that's when you can pick up a lot of shares without moving the price.

Looking at the CEOs twitter, it looks like there could be some updates coming soon. After being quiet for a while perhaps that will signal a turnaround in the stock. It makes since if we are indeed almost finished with the dilution.
