I assume you mean by next years end...with that being said...I agree, and I know that they want to establish deep roots in Colorado, but their revenue will be limited while they are confined to one state. I also hope that cannabis stays illegal at the federal level (but removed from schedule 1 and added to the STATES act) because Medicine Man will continue to dominate the space...and less competition only benefits us. Plus, most of their revenue is tourist generated...and I worry the novelty will wear off (to a degree) once federally legal -- kinda like it did when I turned 21 and could drink legally...I mean I still drink but it just isnt as much fun. IMO their move to incorporate Medpharm as well as their derivative acquisitions will be what carries their business into the future. The smoking aspect will still be part of consumption but, once acceptable, I think a majority of the people who are on the sidelines or do not consume would be less hesitant to try a non smoking (more discreet) option.
