The reason why the merger was delayed is because Lans Holdings is no longer publicly tradeable. The 180 day extension was to give them time to file a Form 10 and for it to become effective. There would be no point in merging other than becoming public.

For Lans Holdings to now complete two years of true, correct and complete audited filings, and for the SEC to not have any issues with them, is now slim to none. So, there is a very good chance there ever is a merger.

I believe the sudden increase in volume and rise in the PPS drew the attention of the SEC. They tried to initiate contact, and got no response. That when there were obviously dealings and share selling by the company because of the PR's with the news of stem cells and a merger. Both popular bait by scammers in the penny scam world. So... To quickly end the scam the SEC, noticing of course they were almost two years delinquent, took the quick, easy way to suspended and revoke an obvious scam. Any financials submitted with a form 10 will be looked at very closely by the SEC auditors and I'm sure they will have many questions to ask. The likely reason for the delinquent filings in the first place was the difficulty in covering up the fraud with the payment system thing. If they were actually making the money they claimed to have, why wouldn't they stay current?? Why risk trouble with the SEC?? Because it wasn't legit, that's why. And now comes along this merger and now they need filings, they still have trouble with them and the auditors as well. But they didn't have any trouble issuing 3.7 billion more shares, many, if not all to themselves. by the looks of the chart they also sold most them as well,

Lans Holding is nothing but a share selling scam and it would have been as obvious to the SEC, as it is to me...

I expose stock scams to gain knowledge about investigating the stock market players and for the entertainment it invariably generates. I've received NO compensation in any form for such, except for a few thank yous...
