Thanks...hopefully we get a repeat of the earlier run and I can pull a few out ... either way I'm holding for the outcome >>> the fact that it could be a precedent case and open pandoras box has me a little concerned...the SEC is such an influential powerhouse won't the judge be swayed a bit by that?
