Another terrific week at Encounter! Not only is the company progressing in its development, but it's finalizing its accounting over-the-weekend and submitting its current report to OTC Markets on Monday, 14 October. While I cannot speak as to OTC's processes or approval, following the report's review by OTC's Compliance Department, Encounter should have a "green light" next week! (Thee report is quite thorough.) Our attorneys are in the process of preparing a registration statement on Form S-1, which, following the completion of the company's audit (which is expected to take 45 days), we will file the registration statement with the SEC. Moreover, Encounter submitted a notification of corporate actions to FINRA, which, among other things, will provide for the company's reverse split. The weather in Oklahoma is rocky, but not Encounter's plan of campaign. The Board of Directors of Encounter is grateful for all of the support it receives from the majority of its shareholders. -Randy Hudson
