Yes I saw this. Very good write up by you IMHO. My guess is banks in China will still do funding. Our Chinese partner we have now is good friend of Xi Jinping and their banks will do very well so why would they not still put up cash. China got into this and paid top dollar. Fidelity here in the USA also put down big bucks. As far as Wilbur Ross goes dollars talk. Perhaps somebody in the USA will be putting up some real dollars to play here.
