does that mean Justin Dye has a large say when a shareholder vote is presented? not sure if that is a positive or negative.i imagine it brings us closer to a "locked up" float? what if the retail & maybe some institutional buying increases enough to consume 100% of the float.does that mean market makers are unable to buy for trading/manipulation? what if the entire float was bought & held? what would result for the share price? check this out mentioning "key global suppliers",MJNA,CBIS & TRTC and no mention of MDCL?
