If I was a NEO Materials shareholder, I would be out for blood too.

First they are discounted on their shares, when they are turned into MolyCorp shares, but then they are crushed as a MolyCorp shareholder, because of the Chinese glutting the REE market!

If I were you I would be buying NioCorp shares before they buy Neo Performance Materials. JMO

Or you could wait and short it @ $85 just before the Chinese buy Australia and GreenLand
