it was certainly an interesting close

noted earlier that even if Non Retail (NR) did their usual *smack down* on the bid
PTOI would close *green* on *volume* based on bid location and size of .. :)
(not what NR usually likes to show on OTC targets they are UPSIDE DOWN on for years)
