After the first quarter they reported "On March 31, 2019, the Company had $30.4 million of cash and cash equivalents" and after the second quarter "On June 30, 2019, the Company had $25.1 million of cash and cash equivalents".So, it’s safe to assume that they have sufficient money for two quarters plus. Previous management said that it believes financial resources are sufficient up to FDA clearance. Protalix In active partnering discussions about OPRX-106.The company has ~17 months to eliminate the listing deficiency. So their rush with RS, etc., is not clear. Almost the simultaneous withdrawal of three people by top management does not add to their trust.
