WTF was Heddle thinking putting out an 8K ?

Was he drunk ?

Or is he operating like another penny stock CEO ?

New websites with false info.
Fake partnerships.
Vague details.

The list goes on.....

Did he honestly think people weren't going to check on any of the vague details he put out ?
