1. Have they communicated to you that don’t want to be current ?
2. Do you know what advantages Tim/Chris will get by not getting current ?
3. Do you know why would they pick option 1 vs option 2?

Option 1

If they drop Q Next week after little recovery, we might see 30 cents a share, few news PR updates etc can keep this around 20-40 cents a share, until November note dumps. That will keep O/S around 130M . and then we can see much higher over a period of time without any R/S.

Option 2
If they drop PR in November (let's say after 20 trading days), we might see pps in triple digits. Won’t be much powerful pump and this might die in 5 cents a share, may be even less ( 3 cents ).

May be over 250M O/S by November and then more and more dilution, because of low price conversion. It would be difficult for them to recover without a R/S .

Why do you Tim/Chris will do option 2 than Option 1 ?

Or am I missing something?

Most would think it would be beneficial for company as well as shareholders to go by option 1 and get current as soon as possible. Even if the sole purpose is to sell shares?

I would like to get your vision on this? Or anyone who is posting here and have insights? I may not have all information, but i would like know anyone who thinks why they will go other way?
