Well he as the CEO had better do his duty and inform the shareholders what the heck is going on.
I am beginning to think he does not give a damn about the common shareholders--or he would direct Alex or whom ever to make some sort of an announcement.
The subclass preferred shareholders were the supposed hang up last week and this was to be resolved this week...
The share holders were to agree to a common preferred share price of 4.00 so ACELA was made whole in the deal.
COME ON CDIX--get real and do your jobs.
