Bro, look at the price - it continues in a death spiral.

And obviously you don't understand why most of the public companies are incorporated in either Wyoming, Nevada or Delaware - it has nothing to do with Usury laws.

But oddly Frija has used the Delaware Usury Laws to circumvent a company friendly loan.

Now, Frija can do a $1000 per day ACH from the company and charge a outrageous 24% interest rate.

On the big boards where the investors are very sophisticated they would be outraged if the CEO had arranged a similar loan - but on the OTCM we have investors defending Frija.
