My concern is why would someone sell near or at the bottom? SP steadily declined over the last year. Was it this same seller who contributed to the decline. If so how many shares do they have and how did they get them? I was trying to find out if there was some kind of fianancing and if so how many shares were part of the deal. I understand a start up has to do what it has to do to survive, just trying to find out the details. It doesn’t change my mind about EXRO. I’m all in on this one and continue to add.
