Heineken doesn't seem to care about hemp beer as it is far, far ahead of others when it comes to this:

And that article is over a year old.

Methinks they DO care, however, about protecting their trademarked name though and try to prevent companies(CONpanies?) from trying to profit off the likeness of that name. You know, like trying to confuse the public.

But I get it. It's probably easier to simply go to court (well, if you're a lawyer or have access to a cheap one) and hope to win there, or get a settlement, then to actually try to MARKET something for a profit. Indeed, just look at how "well" SI*C is doing trying to sell THEIR hemp beer.
