Any other stock on the otc with news like this would've seen a big bump. I feel the main thing holding this stock back is the manipulation found on the pink sheets. There's really no other explanation for it. There are other factors but I think that's the main driving force behind no bump in stock price. It's almost as if it's being held hostage.
