One thing is for sure. There will be winners and losers in the cannabis industry.

Losers will fade away taking shareholder equity with them, or be acquired giving shareholders a lifeline.

Another thing is going to happen. Acquiring companies will overpay and saddle themselves with debt.

This is not an easy road to navigate.
