As Kaufman stated last a Friday they are continuing to work on audited financials but since is taking longer than expected they will be putting out unaudited financial shortly. I never said it would affect the share price if news came out today but it will affect it at some point. Once they start coming and the CE is removed the price will start to move. And I do believe it will happen but why would anyone pay you at your cost when we can get them on the open market at greatly discounted prices.
