Glad to see you are asking questions about this! Important to do so. Some of the answers you can find in the filings. But if you do read the filings, such as they are, don't get confused by the convertible versus non-convertible debt. And note that CBD oil was the supposed line of business a long time ago (when it was MMHC). That business is long gone (and it never generated any revenue, according to the filings).

But you are clearly viewing this as a questionable situation, and I suspect you might be right to do so!
