HOORAY!!!..Another addition to the DOZENS of "acquisitions" Eddie has announced over the past decade. This is just like CHRISTMAS!!!
I for one CAN NOT WAIT to hear details of this latest offering!!! They're usually WAY over the top, grandiose to the max, tied to whatever is the buzz biz du jour. Examples include--
*ART-- multi million dollar investment quality art reproductions-- including a Picasso sculpture he said was worth $90 million. Oh and committing to 20 containers full of $66 million worth of 3D Thomas Kinkade prints from China
*COLLECTIBLES-- all manner of sports and entertainment crap
*MEDIA-- various television channels that no one ever saw and that never went anywhere. Roku-type "TVUer" sticks to watch unwatchable programming, Channels that would supposedly sell crap on TV's in hotel rooms etcccccccc
*SPORTS-- women's professional football league, the Golf Channel, acquired a sports management company by allegedly stealing it from an young guy with autism.
*MARIJUANA-- production, dispensaries, vapes, edibles, even MJ candles!
*CRYPTO/BLOCKCHAIN-- "Payooze": a payment system touted as being fraud proof-- something the biggest financial institutions on earth couldn't accomplish
*TECHNOLOGY-- 3D television/ signage etc, RFID technology to thwart counterfeiting of art and collectibles,
*HEALTH & WELLNESS-- a cure for the opioid crisis (unfortunately his ex-con CEO of PRPM and later SUTI overdosed and died just before that one took off. The scam died as well), energy drinks, aloe vera elixers and related wellness products supposedly to be sold via MLM.
*SOFTWARE SYSTEMS-- multiple ones including various "INC BUZZ" products
*INSURANCE-- acquired a company that was going to revolutionize the insurance industry
*ENERGY-- oil and gas plays, a system that supposedly converted water into fuel, now some sort of revolutionary aeration system to solve the oil drilling fracking water problem
... the list is endless. And this doesn't even include all the other mergers, acquisitions, announcements of "memorandums of understanding, letters of intent, joint ventures, reverse mergers" etccccc. Not to mention the many lawsuits, evictions, judgments, association with dubious characters and criminals and other low lifes including previously participating in a product based pyramid scheme run by a convicted Ponzi scammer currently serving a 17-1/2 year prison sentence (but I digress).
I'M SURE THIS LATEST ONE WILL BE ANOTHER DOOZIE. IF NOT IT WILL BE LIKE GETTING SOCKS AND UNDERWEAR FOR CHRISTMAS.
