Someone here said a control block was issued on 4-11-2019 and while I still have yet to see this in a filing, I did just come across this. Scroll down to item 4024, “Wistek Industry LTD.”, the business was created on 11-4-19 or April 11, 2019 so this would give credence to the claim the control block was actually issued back then.
