The upper end of the authorization (at the last annual meeting) was 150:1
;but that will be further diluted because they also had a clause allowing them to increase the NEW share (authorization ) to I believe 300,000,000
from 200,000,000 -not sure on the new number. They in affect made all the old shares near worthless and plan to DILUTE AGAIN ,at what they think
will be at a higher pps level -I don't think investors will go for it -considering their debt ,history and REPUTATION .
