People will say DCGD won't be traded on the NYSE due to the NYSE requirement issues. I don't think thats an issue and here is why.

To qualify for NYSE listing, a company must have at least 400 shareholders who own more than 100 shares of stock

I think there are more than 400 share holders.

have at least 1.1 million shares of publicly traded stock and have a market value of public shares of at least $40 million.

We got that covered

The stock price must be at least $4 a share.

This is the tricky one. DCGD will never trade on the NYSE. GRN will with what ever ticker it chooses and it will be valued at $4 a share or more.

Tomorrow will be the name/ticker change super 8k and NYSE listing. JC has been sitting on the ticker change just for this. It has been approved by FINRA and he picked the time to release the news.

This is just my opinion.
