From my experience as an executive for an organization that I was with for 35 years and eventually retired from it, it takes time to build a successful company and it is about making progress everyday..it takes understanding the industry/market, having a vision, developing a strategic plan, building the infrastructure and having the right Ceo and management staff to execute the plan, measurement of results and tweaking the plan going forward to ensure that company is on track. Nothing happens overnight so if shareholders expect to reach $100 millions in the next three months, those are not realistic expectations..
