Really good point? Not going to have too many of them going forward.

If they post revenues north of $3.5M I will be ecstatic.

If from operations they can be more than $250,000 in the black, I will be ecstatic.

If because they are frugal operators they can have about a 7% - 8% net profit margin, I will start buying and buying.

If we see something like a big number from the land sale that contributed to making the operation bottom line profitable but there was a negative EBITDA, then I will lose trust in mgmt for deceptively telling us they will be profitable.
