Even if they max out their a/s and they only reach 1/2 of their market cap goal, $0.50 PT is still likely. That’s sort of worst case scenario assuming that the deal closes. They’ll be free and clear of all convertible debt. That’s a huge benefit to shareholders.

We’ll see how things unfold through this month!
