In the shocker podcast many positive catalyst were stated to occur in the short term:

*Large payment due and starting to come in
*JRMC reopening as payments come
*Q's and K released very soon as auditors basically done
*3 quarter should be released on time

But... because Seamus said reverse split coming and lawyers were starting the paper work only a few paid any attention to the likely sequence of events here.
