The court ordered them to buy back shares from their old partner in the lawsuit settlement.

The company just spins it off a a "Buy Back"..

These guys just borrowed 1 million dollars for 60% interest... Buying back shares on their own would be the dumbest thing these guys could do.. They are already selling assets to keep the lights on.. TRTC is a steaming pile of garbage.
