They appear to be greenhorns when it comes to being a public traded company. They don't want to step on their pee pee and give out info that shouldn't be given. So not responding emails/calls in this case may be wise. Give them room to learn. Their little response on Twitter was all that was needed at this time. They continue to use social media to their benefit but still learning there too.
