Truth,

I'd like your take on a few things if you can.

1. Will we get some clarity soon? Next month? Next year? Never? We are getting very close to the Thanksgiving uplist, and it is hard to see how we will be successful there.

2. Do you think it was a mistake to announce the potential RS? Unless there is something I'm missing.

3. It almost seems to me that news has been purposefully vague to not let the share price increase. Heck, we've been stagnant-to-down for months now, and now that we are in mid-October, still having heard nothing earth shattering, it is hard to relax and trust. I just wish we had a bit more communications, unless they are doing this on purpose.

I discussed some of these with Ben, but he was very vague as well. Any input would be great!
