That is what was filed with the amendment a couple weeks ago. Company lowered the price range for issuing 7.6million dollars worth of shares for as low as .0001. The previous filing stated they would sell at .0005. The company found no buyers at .0005 and were forced to admit they can only sell shares if the buyer pays .0001.
