SHAREHOLDERS UPDATES:

Ok! I just finished yet another revision on our contract. The good news, is most changes were what I call "basic" verbiage clean up, such as commas in the right place and etc.... They are telling me that we will get a signed deal soon. So, as I'm trying to give our shareholders some idea of milestones completed and the schedule, as best as can, while still managing negotiations and making the best deal that I can for the company and its shareholders. I can disclose that we are paying with preferred shares, so there is no chance of them dumping, and pressuring the market. Now, I'm sure I'll get a lot of grief, but although I was promised a quick response, their attorneys have to wait to send me a final approved version on Thursday, because a s some you may already guess???? yes, its Yum Kippur, and we have to wait. I'm sure all kinds of accusations will be hurdled my way, but that's why I wanted to get it done by now. So, lets take a deep breath, and enjoy our Holidays. (BTW, that's why I hate to make projections!)
