Im really hoping they just throw the money at this Eugene guy to shut him the F up and make him disappear....Even with all the interest, it’s still a drop in the bucket compared to the money they have...not to mention the ridiculous amount of money APL will be generating & the PPS to go with it.

I just hope this case isn’t out of spite with plaintiff having no desire to resolve quickly.....he ALREADY has the 10m shares.....wtf does he care about 50g for?
