It's only $350 per year annual tax assessment.
Also please don't fool yourself into believing that Berman ever "negotiated" anything with Delaware the last time he made payments in 2018 for 2015 and 2016. Even Berman said in a tweet or a shareholder letter that the figure Delaware lists as past due is not real and only represents accumulated penalties and interest that the State never asks for. It's meant to shock companies into just filing and paying the annual amounts.
