Qsep must be waiting until the minimum allowable notification period (10 days) in attempt to slide under the radar and dissuade shareholders from showing up!

The only people that show up to QSEPs shareholder meetings have deep pockets with millions of shares and are in the loop... I doubt your assessment, but I will take note... I'll give credit where credit is due...
